These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by ACR Dents. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
ACR Dents provides mobile paintless dent removal and minor cosmetic vehicle repair services. Services are carried out at a location agreed with the customer, subject to suitable access and working conditions. All repairs are completed using professional techniques appropriate to the damage. While we aim to achieve the best possible result, some dents may not be removable to a completely factory finish due to the nature or severity of the damage.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided from photographs or descriptions are estimates only. Final pricing may change following physical inspection of the vehicle. We will always confirm the price before starting work. Prices vary depending on dent size, depth, location, panel material, and accessibility.
Bookings and Cancellations
Appointments must be agreed in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice where possible. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our control.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is legally parked and accessible, there is adequate space for repair work, the vehicle is clean enough for proper assessment, and any existing damage or previous repairs are disclosed. Personal belongings should be removed from the work area. We may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or behaviour towards our technician is unacceptable.
Access and Working Conditions
Mobile repairs require sufficient space, lighting, and safe working conditions. If suitable conditions are not available on arrival, we may need to rearrange the appointment or decline the service.
Completion and Acceptance of Work
You should inspect the repair on completion wherever possible. If you are not present, acceptance of the work will be assumed unless concerns are reported within 24 hours.
Limitations of Repair
Paintless dent removal reshapes metal panels without repainting. Results depend on the severity of the damage. Complete removal cannot be guaranteed where paint has been stretched or damaged, dents are extremely sharp or deep, access behind the panel is restricted, the panel has previous repairs or filler, or the panel is aluminium or double skinned. Expected outcomes will always be discussed before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept bank transfer, cash, or other agreed payment methods. Failure to pay may result in recovery action.
Liability
We take reasonable care when working on your vehicle. ACR Dents is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak or previously repaired paintwork that fails during repair, hidden structural or paint defects, items left inside the vehicle, or delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Guarantees
Where appropriate, we may offer a workmanship guarantee on repairs. This applies only to the repaired area and does not cover unrelated damage or future impacts.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. We aim to respond promptly and fairly.
Consumer Rights
If you are booking as a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. Where services are requested within a short timeframe, you may be asked to confirm that work can begin before any cooling-off period ends.
